This program will provide an overview of the global real estate and market themes with a critical emphasis on the global multifamily, industrial, office, and retail/mixed-use sectors.  You will walk away with a deeper understanding of the trends, headwinds, and tailwinds within respective global markets.

   Speaker:   Jeffrey Walters, CFP®, CMFC® -- Senior Regional Director, Hines Securities

Mr. Hines oversees raising capital for Hines Real Estate in six states on the West Coast.  He has held this role with Hines since 2012 and similar roles for firms such as Hartford Funds since 2000.   Having an extensive history of working with family offices and financial planners on their investment portfolios, and he has unique insights on best practices in the diligence, implementation, and management of alternative investments.  Jeff graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Business with a concentration in Finance and has the designation of Certified Financial Planner®.
