Mr. Khlopin serves as Chief Investment Officer and Senior Vice President for Bank of Hawaii, which manges over $6 billion in discretionary client assets.  He has over 25 years of investment management experience, including 16 years at Bank of Hawaii.  Mr. Khlopin earned a B.S. degree from New York University and completed a Graduate Certificate in Professional Accounting from the University of Hawaii.
