Before joining Allianz, Sweeney held positions at Prudential and Transamerica and worked as a life insurance and variable annuity wholesaler. He is a featured speaker at regional and national conferences and has authored numerous financial planning articles. Sweeney holds an MBA from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant, and a Retirement Income Certified Professional.
