He has over 25 years of investment management experience, including 16 years at Bank of Hawaii. Prior tenures include securities analysis at Sanford Bernstein and Smith Barney in New York. Mr. Khlopin is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and earned a B.S. degree from New York University. He also completed a Graduate Certificate in Professional Accounting from the University of Hawaii.
