Mr. Khlopin serves as the Chief Investment Officer for Bank of Hawaii, which manages over $6 billion in discretionary client assets.  He has over 25 years of investment management experience, including 16 years at Bank of Hawaii. Prior tenures include securities analysis at Sanford Bernstein and Smith Barney in New York.  Mr. Khlopin is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and earned a B.S. degree from New York University.  He also completed a Graduate Certificate in Professional Accounting from the University of Hawaii.

Topic:     Financial Market Outlook for 2020 -- The current bull market, at 10 years, is the longest in history. While the recent exuberance has swelled investors’ wallets, it has also begun to shrink their confidence in the market’s ability to keep climbing.  Can we expect the bull market to continue through next year or will 2020 see the first bear market in over a decade?  (This program has been accepted for -1- CFP® CE credit)
